Really Helpful
Dr. Deo has the best hands in town and she one thing is for sure, she knows what she is doing. I went to her to be treated for a pain in my calf and my chronic sciatica pain. Her treatment together with her advice and the work of the team she works with it is really helpful. After a few sessions my pain it is almost gone and now she is getting me ready not only to run again but to know what I do wrong so I can be safer whether running or being seated at my desk.

Dr. Deo treated me for chronic back pain. I had chronic pain in the left upper trapezius muscle caused by a huge trigger point for over a year. This was developed due to my inactivity and poor posture over a few months. She took time to listen to my symptoms/other relevant historical observations and carefully examined the soft tissue in the back. Then, patiently explained various treatment options and the pros and cons of each approach. After a quick discussion, she determined that dry needling would be appropriate way to proceed. After 5 sessions over a month the chronic pain resolved. She also prescribed some stretches and strengthening exercises for maintaining the gains and also suggested some preventive measures to avoid back pain in future. Additionally, she monitored the progress of treatment using Ultrasound scans to check if the treatment was effective or not.

Can’t Recommend Enough
Without Dr. Deo my pregnancy would be miserable. She has been there for me from ensuring my back pain is managed to swapping stories about the REAL pregnancy stuff. I can’t recommend her more! In an emergency, my OB’s office took hours to respond to me, when she took my call right away. She is thorough and incredibly knowledgeable and has filled in so many gaps left by my OB. She has taken all my concerns very seriously and helped me to get better quickly!

I started seeing Dr. Deo after I got pregnant and started experiencing back pain. Right from the beginning, she was empathetic and listened carefully to my issues. She was able to utilize her osteopathic manual skills and work on my back weekly and this really helped to reduce my pain levels and improve my ability to continue to exercise throughout my pregnancy. She also carefully walked me through the steps of the Prenatal Program and we customized a regimen that suited my needs. I had the benefits of working with a knowledgeable Physical Therapist and Prenatal Massage Therapist.
